Holly posted a few items and when running GL-B enter "Post General Journal Trans" (ver 03/03/21) she views the Journals List and there is one transaction # that has a blank posted field when all the others she did have a Y. These are all GJ types. She says the items posted in this transaction appear as posted in all her reports, so she's not sure if this is an issue to worry about or just ignore. She's never seen this before.

Any reason to worry?

So long as she can see it in the posted GL it makes no difference what it says in GL-B. Transactions are retained in GL-B only for the purpose of reversing or copying transactions.
