Title: ar-a display cust orders hangs evo Post by TimO on 02/06/24 at 11:49:56 We are on version 2022.1 and have a few issues since going from DBAMFG to EVO-ERP. We have occurences where a page will flash on the screen and disappear and we will have to click on the request again. This started about 2 weeks ago. If we go into A/R, pull up a customer and select the sales order command at the bottom of the screen. The sales orders will display for a second and then disappear. The program is then hung. The little loading circle just spins and spins. Selecting shipments or any other option does not hang the program.   Features and options. The cost roll up doesn't work in most cases. All the item options, kit items, are all correct but at the end the total price is the price of the last option that has a cost associated with it. We never did any re-indexing after converting to EVO-ERP. Are there procedures we need to follow?
