Where do you change which Menu access code gets used per logon?

Go to System Manager, there is a new section called TAS 6.  G is Maintain Menu Access Records.  For user specific menus, you need to set up users in PS-A and then create new menus in TAS6-G for that user name.  You can copy the Default menu for each user and then modify it.

I think I just figured it out. The Access Code has to match the User Name? It seems to work, anyways.

Yes, that's right.  The Access Code matches the user login.

Also, when the Sys Admin establishes in TAS6-G which programs a user has access to, they should always be given access to TAS6-H which allows each user to rearrange their own menu to group things however they want but does not allow them to give themselves access to something they do not already have access to.
