We have 23 users; and some of them are connected through terminal server. Will we be able to setup TAS6Evo on one workstation and allow another to work in the old DBA setup? The File Manager seems pretty intense. :o

Both standard DBA and Evo can work at the same time - even simultaneously on the same workstation. Some users can use Evo and some can use conventional DBA. However, to comply with DBA licensing agreements, you need to purchase the same number of EVO seats as your DBA license.

I just didn't want to spend a weekend setting up 23 workstations.

I was planning on purchasing a single copy to evaluate since I don't really have the time to create a lot of test data to play with (We deleted the test company) and I rather see how it works with our full setup rather than just a few records.

Does this mean I can't do that?

No you cant.

In order for ISTS to avoid a legal battle with DBA, anything they sell you that affects the system as such, MUST comply with DBA's licensing agreement. So if you are licensed for 10 users, you must purchase 10 users of Evolution.
