Post by fredh on 04/16/03 at 13:21:39

SO-B has gone crazy!!! :o
Brown background and black letters during order number lookup
  No customer data on forms

SO-P-F is listed but not there.
The file: BKSOA.RUN does not exist and cannot be run

Just replace all the *.b run files in your DBAMFG directory (the root, not the default folder) from the backup that I am SURE you made prior to installing something new..... 8)

No, the *.B are data files, not program files.  The update only affects program files.  http://www.istechsupport.com/dl/sob.zip will get you the original SO-B posted a couple of weeks ago.  I suspect the TAS 6 version of SO-B got into the update file, I will fix it.

Ooops!  Didn't mean to type the "b".  Just the *.run.  Got carried away with keystrokes.  Had a client talking to me at the same time.

Sorry, Fred and Mike.

Fred -

Check the Evo menu lines for RMA in TAS - G.  Should be calling JKSOSA.RUN (and B & C) and it may be calling "BK" instead.
