Simply copy your entire data folder onto the backup media, whether it is a CD-ROM or backup tape or whatever.  If you use the Default company, your data is all the *.B files located in the DBAMFG\DEFAULT folder.  If you have created multiple companies, each will have its own folder,  For example, company 10 would be all the *.B10 files in the DBAMFG\10 folder.  If you have room, just back up the entire DBAMFG folder and all subfolders.

It sounds simple but  is there  no backup system in the DBA itself??  >:(

No, there isn't.

Probably for the simple fact that most people who use DBA have other important stuff they want to protect. A utility that only protected part of their data would mean they'd need another to protect the rest, which would be kind of redundant.
