SO-N is hanging at the end of the process. It says "Bill of Materials file is being created" forever, so you have to guess when it is safe to exit.
The screen header is ISTS enhancement 3/21/03, but the BKSON.run is dated 5/8/03 with size 139,986 bytes. I have no idea how long this problem has existed. The person who usually handles this is on vacation and her substitute brought it to my attention. :)

More info. I found out that this does not always happen. :-[ I am having them log the details (which part #, multiple lines on the SO, etc.) to see if we can find the pattern.

If you can identify a repeatable pattern, we can fix it.
