Title: W-2 Statements
Post by RAGINE on 12/02/03 at 09:03:40

I am currently using an add-on payroll program thru another consultant, one of the problems I had was the coding of defered IRA payments, line 12a. The W-2's automatically printed Code D, with our plan it should have been code S. Would like to be able to chose the correct code.

I've got a problem, all looks well with my w-2 statements, but the name of the employee is completly missing.

Any ideas?  I need this fixed urgently.

Can someone sent me a copy of their RTM to try?

I have had a number of people with problems printing both 1099 and W-2.  Copies of RTM's that work with 2002.4 DBA as well as IS Tech updates are available at www.istechsupport.com/dl/w2_1099.zip

Simply unzip to DBAMFG.

If you are using Ben's Payroll - I had the same problem and he changed the "D" to an "S" in the program and Emailed me a new version today. I tried it and it prints "S" now.
