Two months ago, I turned on the switch to post WO transactions to the GL. We are, at this point, choosing to not carry through with that. That means the BKGLTEMP file has numerous WO transactions that have accumulated during that time. Do you have a utility to help with the deleting of those transactions from the file?

Make sure ALL other transactions are posted into the GL and get the other users out of the system.

Then go to UT-A and type "DBAIF" (without the quotes).

Then put in the name of the file you want to clear (BKGLTEMP).

This will re-initialize the file.
