Title: FEATURES & OPTIONS Post by loknlogs on 12/17/03 at 08:43:37 WE ARE TRYING TO START USING FEATURES & OPTIONS. WE HAVE A FEATURE/OPTION BILL OF MATERIALS SET UP. WHEN WE TRY TO ENTER THE F/O ON A SALES ORDER THE PRICEING IS NOT ROLLING UP FOR THE OPTION SELECTED. WHAT ARE WE DOING WRONG? :-/ :-/

Title: Re: FEATURES & OPTIONS Post by Lynn_Pantic on 12/17/03 at 14:57:52 If you haven't installed the IS Tech update dated Oct 17 or later, there was a bug relating to prices pulling in for components.  Otherwise, check the Option setting for Use Customer Pricing (Y means pull in Base proce, price code, etc.) and Add Price to parent (Y means roll up into toal parent item price, N means price the option separately.)
