I'm looking into DBA payroll (versus currently out-sourced PR).
Can I run a 2nd, monthly, Exec. payroll, all confidential (except maybe $ totals) from the clerk doing the Hourly 15 person payroll?
Good sources for payroll checks, tax forms, ?
Why do you use DBA payroll? Control? Dollar savings? Glad you do?

I can't think of any way to make it "partially confidential", except to run it in a different company and then enter a GL batch in the real company.

We use DBA PR because it's "free" and it works. I've looked into PR services a couple of times and it just didn't seem to be worth it for us at this time. And that includes the $40-50 per month we pay for access to online banking we use for those who have direct deposit.
