In the Past two month we have started to encounter a random problem with our PO records. We would like to know if anyone else has seen this and what the possible cure is.

Problem;

Po’s are entered; verified to be correct. Then! At a later date are found to have lines from some other Po inserted into the order. The other Po is still on file and is correct. Checked Bkappo and find the Header information is in the file two or three times, while Bkappol has multi lines 1, 2 and etc inserted into the file.

At this time we have no idea what is up and are open to any and all suggestions.

see FEB 12th TOPIC----Copy PO from PO-D, View PO Receivers

This may be a result of that same problem.
Look back and see if the corrupted PO was copied and the PO after that was copied from an existing PO.

Our policy is that you can't copy 2 POs in a row. As long as we don't copy (2) POs (consectively) we are OK.

In other words at least every other PO has to be created manually
