We are having Problems posting recieved items against Purchase Orders.

There is a message generated that BKGLTEMP.B is open and we can not access.

Any ideas?

Go to Start>programs>Pervasive>Utilities>Monitor>MicroKernel>Active Users. See who has the file open and disconnect that user.

We checked pervasive and there are no users with the file open.

Any other ideas?

Re-start the server. Guaranteed that will close the connection.
