Recently we have seen that items received in PO-C are not reflected correctly in IN-A. When you view the PO it shows received but when you go to IN-A there is no inventory and the transactions show (0) amount rec'd on that PO.

Lynn - does this have anything to do with us losing and reloading our part numbers? The only way I know how to fix this is to do an inventory adjustment - correct?

Check your PO's for 0 conversion factors. I don't think the problem you had with losing and reloadingpart numbers would be a factor, I believe that if the item PO Conversion factor is a 0, the PO will automatically make it a 1.

As for correcting it, you can make a type P adjustment at IN-C but check - if the PO Receipt already posted to the GL, you don't want to post to GL again so you will need to delete the GL entries from the adjustment.

Thanks - We found our inside sales person accidently changing the conv factor to 0 when she was entering an order!
