2/13/04 ISTS update

A customer had a $10 credit and a bunch of invoices. He paid them and we recorded the payment. G/L shows the payment correctly, but AR-R Payment history report shows the applied credit as if it were an open invoice and increases the total paid by $20.

Yeah, I had another report of this and have sent it to programming to fix.
