I am new with DBA (but have been working with Crystal and other DBs for years). I am trying to connect to the tables, however it keeps asking for a password. Does DBA have the tables password protected? We do not have passwords to get into DBA from this office.

Are you attempting direct connection or ODBC?

Enter a username and password to that is valid for direct login to the server where the files are stored.
