We have asked this before but I will reiterate - PLEASE indicate the version you are using (DBA Classic "Vanilla" and version or IS Tech Update with a date or Evo-ERP with a date). Set it up in your profile signature but remember to update it when you install updates! It is difficult to respond to posts when we don't know what version you are using...

If you are an IS Tech Subscriber and your profile doesn't so indicate, please send email to me (lynn@istechsupport.com) and I will update your profile.

I second that! For Lynn and IS Support Techs to help they need to know what program is running. It also helps us forum users out here that wonder if we will run into the same problems.
