Title: Field Def File
Post by timgolds on 03/23/06 at 18:16:23

In Phoenix it was brought up someone was rewriting a document for all the files and fields in DBA/EVO.  Is that done yet?  If not will it include IS*** Info?

Thanks,

Tim

I was just talking about this yesterday, when will it be ready? We could really use it too!  ;D

I too would find that very useful

That's what I've been looking for!  I'd like an updated copy, too, when it's ready!

How about Vermont in the summer? In the 50's this AM.

Few years ago (OK, maybe 15) we had some guests that were staying in our camper in August and wished the heater worked - had 38° one night (that is Fahrenheit, not Celsius!)

Hey, Vermont's OK by me!  Not a long drive at all.  :)

September is great in Maine. The Summer Complaints have mostly gone home, the leaves are beginning to change, the prices have dropped along the coast, and most caterers have openings. Lobster and Corn-on-the-cob anyone? Lynn wouldn't mind, I'm sure  :D

You know it, Maine is wonderful, too.  We have property in Acton, it's all wooded and the neighbors are far enough away the bears and moose and deer and turkeys and all the other wild life continually visit.  It's absolutely wonderful to get away to.

I am seriously looking into at least a training session in New England in late summer/fall.  I was thinking it would be too soon for another symposium but maybe not if it is on the other end of the country - people who couldn't make it to Phoenix might be able to make an East Coast meeting - is there serious interest?

Regarding the Field Def File.... I USE MINE ALL THE TIME AND CAN'T WAIT FOR AN UPDATED VERSION.

As for New England... well for those that missed Phoenix you should really plan on attending.  I found all 4 days in Phoenix to be time well spent.

Sign me up. I'll try to bring our Controller and maybe our IT dude.

Now that Jet Blue is flying to Portland, flights here are beginning to drop. Manchester is still cheaper, I'm sure (and more centrally located), but Maine has better tourist trinkets  ;)

What about Chicago?  It's centrally located.

Especially since some employers will not pay for its employees to travel to training.

We'd definitely have a few to attend, I'm sure.  Hopefully I'd get to be one of them!   :D
