Title: Formula to return "0" value
Post by Dawn on 07/28/08 at 12:45:43

I am writing a report that shows how many inventory items were shipped during a time period.  I can not figure out how to get it to list item number and show 0 when 0 shipped during that time period.  I'm using CR10.

For this report I would link the Inventory Transaction File, INVTXN, to the Inventory Master File, BKICMSTR.

Using the BKIC_PROD_CODE Field, you have the potential to list all entered parts on the report, regardless of whether they have activity or not.

Simple report line:

BKIC_PROD_CODE     MTIT_DATE     MTIT_TYPE     MTIT_QTY

Sort, filter, group, subtotal and you're there.
