Title: Re: Supplier list Post by GasGiant on 08/08/08 at 09:59:09 You should be able to import data right from DBA to Excel using the built in query functionality. In Excel, go to Data>Import External Data>New Database Query That will take you to Microsoft Query, which is a powerful tool. After you select a connection (the Pervasive client DSN) you will be given a list of DBA tables from which to choose. As suggested above, BKAPVEND has the vendor info. Once you have added that table to your query you can close the table selector and add fields to your query. Once you have the fields you need, and have applied any filters, you just click the Return Data icon and it jumps back to Excel. Super easy. No, really, it is ;-) |
