Help! Of course it is payday today, and I am entering a new employee to pay. He shows up as active, in the list in PR-A. But, when I try to enter a timecard for him, through PR-J, he is not showing up on the look-up screen, nor when I type his employee number in.

I even deleted his record and number, and created a new account for him, but the same thing is happening!! Any clues??

To enter timecard information for an employee, I believe you also need to create the same employee in SM-G.

It used to only take entering an employee in PR-A, but then the time collection stuff was broke out from payroll.

The labor collection for work orders was split out not PR-J. If you enter the employee in PR-A they should be available in PR-J.

Hmm, well, I ended up just entering his time manually through PR-B. I'm not sure where to go from here...

In PR-A at the last question - sync PR Master with JC Master, what do you have? That has cause similar but different issues with us. Using $ seems to make things happier.
