I have a few customers who are part of my Email Rtm Print Grp. The rtm is ENSOFE.RTM. Sometimes I want to print those invoices with the default ENSOF4.RTM. Since the update, I pick the default rtm (which automatically comes up) and my email version prints. I can pick other various custom rtm's and they print correctly, just not the default on these customers. Any ideas?

Today I created another rtm for my email group (for statements). It is not pulling at all. I copied the enare4.rtm and named it enare4E.rtm. It didn't print so i renamed it enareE.rtm, still it only prints the enare4.rtm. I really need this to work, any ideas or does the rtm group only work for certain documents? (I even remembered to make sure I was on the main page when saving after any changes.)

The rtm group only works for certain documents.  i.e Invoices, Packing Slips, Acks and Quotes.  Unfortunately, it has not been added to statements yet.

As for invoices, which update are you currently using?

I too email Acknowledgements to my customers and this is not working. I get the error message Unable to open file: C:\DBA\A102388.pdf. I recently had a virus and thought that might have caused the problem but don't relly think so as all else seems fine. I just put patch 4 on also.
