Can I create shipping labels that includes barcodes and text for customer's po, po line item number, customer's part number, customer's shipping address, quantity being shipped, unit of measure, revision level, packing slip number and serial number if available?

In Evo-ERP, yes. Classic DBA, no, it would have to be a custom program we could do for you.
