Sometimes WO-C won't reprint a work order traveler in graphics mode. I can't find a pattern. Thought it had something to do with links because when I first ran into the problem I had links set to Y and then changed it to N and it printed...but now that doesn't seem to matter.
We haven't begun using the links yet, so I changed enable links to N in system defaults. Anyone have an idea what is causing it. They will print in Non-graphic mode, and as I said its random. It seems to have started with the new update.

I have reported this problem, but I can't find a pattern, either. Lynn asked a whole series of questions about it, but we did not get to any conclusion. Funny thing is I can make another WO for the same item and it will print fine. Freaky. Until some pattern can be found, it will be hard to fix.

I replied to an email Darla sent me with essentially the same info. She did indicate that it seemed to be isolated to reprinting travelers that had previously been printed. Colin, can you say the same?

I print ranges of WOs. If the range fails I have to go print them individually. The range will have been marked as printed, up to and including the one that failed initially. Beyond that one in the range they are not marked as printed.

So, no. I don't see it more often in reprints than in first time printing.

I've also attempted printing from several machines with no luck. However, I did have one traveler I could not print on one day that then printed fine the next day :-[

I'm still getting complaints about this problem, and ours still seem to always be already printed, but beyond that, I can't see any pattern. Any suggestions appreciated.

We found that issue and have fixed it. We also have a new T7WOC that is being tested now. All this and more will be in the next Post. The ISTech's are testing the Post now. so we should have something out soon.
