The fatal error reads:

Data Dictionary file could not be opened H:\FILELOC.DBF

Can anyone Help!

It's only this one laptop that doubles as a workstation wirelessly to the server.

Either the drive map is bad or it is user permission on the server.

Turned out to be the network connection to the server.
