I selected the wrong bank account in AP-H, and realized as soon as I had picked it and it went back to the main screen. I was/am at the Beginning Check Number field. It will not let me go back to select a different bank account. If I close the program (including exiting and re-starting Evo) it opens at that field and will not let me go back.

I went to another computer to see if it would let me there and discovered the reason, as (thankfully) that one still has the non-GUI screen. While it started in the same field, it would let me back up and change but then gave me a warning that the Pro Forma Check Register had been printed for a different account. Back in Evo I found that if I went to AP-G and printed for a different checking account that would be the one selected in AP-H. Essentially, you cannot change the bank account from AP-H once you "print" the PFCR (we never actually print it when given the option in AP-H).

EVO …..AP-H will not let us go backwards to choose the correct checking account if we accidentally picked a wrong checking account (I think this was what David was saying in 2012). Right now if I choose the wrong account I have to exit EVO and go into DBA and change the account.

I dont know wht a non-GUI screen is so i am not sure if David was offering a solution.

I was referring to using the non-Evo program, i.e. BKAPH instead of T7APH.

By going into "DBA" (Classic, I presume), you are running BKAPH.

But you can also run BKAPH (or any other "old" program) by going to UT-A. Note, however, that some old programs will no longer work if you have done all the updates (for instance, CM-A), and some functionality will be lost on others (printing Notes, for example).

You also can't do any DBA "BK" program that prints to an RTM in Evo so check printing would not work.
