When I go into AR-A and click the CO button at the bottom to get the customer's contacts, the Add New button is disabled. Nothing I do has gotten it to enable, including typing something in the search bar, changing the Sort By (BTW, there is a blank field in the drop-down and if you choose that Evo freezes), clicking on different contacts, and opening and closing a contact.

Possibly related, the first time you open Contacts the Drill Up button doesn't appear, but subsequent times the button does appear.

Use Maintain Database on BKCMACCN to get rid of the blank one.

Sorry for the hugely-delayed response, I apparently forgot to check off "Check this if you wish to be notified of replies to this topic".

Are you saying that the reason the Add New button is disabled (I hadn't mentioned the Edit and Delete buttons, but those are also disabled as you can see in the screenshots) is because one of the fields is blank for one of the contacts? If so, which field is the problem?

Try going into one of the contacts and at the bottom left ( i think) there is a add new contact button. I had this problem and found i could do it this way.

Thanks Carie, that's a good workaround until they tell me how to fix it for real. =)

The latest update fixed this issue, The Add New button on the Grid now works.
