Title: Can't delete follow-ups Post by SarahM on 06/04/12 at 08:35:36 We have follow-ups that show up in the reports but not on calendars. They are listed on the CM-A screen cannot be deleted. So when we run reports on our sales people, it is sometimes showing that they are behind in their follow-ups when in fact they are not.
