Title: difference between rtms and rtx
Post by Laura Oliver on 09/06/12 at 11:06:40

I don' t  think we have ever used an rtx.   We always use RTMs.
What is the purpose of rtx and when should we use them?

Thanks,

Quote:
The report in the RTX directory are the most recent versions, and are updated for each version update. IS Tech does not automatically change the RTMs in the EvoERP/DBSMFG directory because many of us have customized our local copies. To update to a new RTM we are supposed to copy the new version from the RTX folder and rename it to .RTM after which we can edit/customize the report as needed.

Thanks Kelloggs,
I guess that makes our custom forms in DBA useless.
I was hoping there was an easy way to make the  froms transfer from DBA to EVO... we have a lot of custom forms.  But it sounds like I have to start all over from scratch.
Blessings,
Laura
