Title: Using a query as record source Post by heliosquare on 10/16/12 at 10:21:45 What I've done: 1) Created a new blank table in Access call SerialNumbers 2) Created a parameter query (invoice #) to pull invoice header and line item info from DBA. What I want to do: Update the table SerialNumbers with the results of the query. I created a new form and set the query as the record source. When I view the form and input the parameter, the results in the form fields are #Name? Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? |

Title: Re: Using a query as record source Post by heliosquare on 10/19/12 at 12:50:09 Thanks for the reply but the link returns "file not found". Perhaps I waited too long. I solved my issue programmatically using VB, but I was initially looking for a way to do it without. I'm an Access newbie so still have tons to learn. |
