I have noticed on my computer that is running Win7 x64 that when EVO prints text reports that call BKTOF.COM, the printing is very slow and you get an error message that the program is 16 bit and not supported.
I don't supposed that there is any workaround?

I did some testing on a Win7 64 bit

I printed both to text and to a "rich format" report. I don't think my systems calls that program.

It could be your type of printer?

The file in question is a DOS file. If you right click it, it does not gives you a Compatibility Tab.

PD: Does it happens on all reports? what report are you printing?

Print a WO pick list from WO-D for one WO. Asked if I want to print in condensed mode after a long pause. Select Yes. I get the security warning for running BKTOF.COM (got this under WinXP, never could get it to be trusted by the firewall, but wasn't a problem). I can select no, and it prints but if I select yes, I get the 16-bit program not compatable with Windows 7 64 bit. In any event, the print is very slow, as there is a long pause. If I print a whole group of WO's they go straight to the printer after the 'print in condensed mode' prompt is answered.

Delete the BKTOF.COM file. It is really not needed.
