Title: W2 printing looks like test data
Post by sunmfg on 01/12/13 at 12:09:10

We are DBA classic on ptp network.

The payroll clerk did the year end routines creating the W2 file on 12/27.

Then I came in on 12/28, backed up the files, and applied the first DBA update in many years, which appeared to run well.

Except that, the W2's print all 1's, 2's, 3's, etc in the data fields.  The only good data is employee number, last name, and the W3 summary at the end.

How do I fix that?

Thanks,

Fix available at www.istechsupport.com/dl/DBAW2.ZIP.  The problem is DBA Classic only.

Hi Lynn,
I'm having this problem as well.  I have clicked on the link you provided previously, but do not connect to a place where this file can be downloaded.
Could you please provide for me as well.
Thank you,

Hi again,
Please Help!
I cannot print the W-2s.  I have the same problem as described above.
I should be handing these out with payroll today!
If I had known I had a problem, I would have inquired sooner.
I have been printing these for more than 15 years without this happening.
I would really appreciate a fix for this!

Thank you,

If you let me know what update version you are on, I can provide the correct program.
