We run about 50 work orders a day but we usually close them every few days so that amounts to a hundred or more in each batch. They are not usually sequential or continuous in work order number sequence to closing ranges of work orders has never been an option. WO-J has a so many unnecessary key puches.

We could really benefit from a simple close work orders program where we enter the work order number once, accept today's date, and hit enter to close, without printing a report and exiting the program to restart again.

How are you processing Finished Production? You could use WO-P to process in batch and set your defaults to close at the same time and avoid WO-J altogether.
