Anyone else getting weird erratic operation of the MRP generation?

same item repeating over and over on the reports.

Plan generation just running and running 60-70,000 plans ? I stopped it before something blew up. Who knows how many plans it was making.

When generating PO's it skips items and will not make a PO's for them.

generating a PO for each repeated ITEM on the faulty report.

You might want to run Sys Mgr.-SM-J-C and see if any " " (blank" records in the various item master files BKICLOC, BKICMSTR & MTICMSTR).

one issue I found was the items that were repeating on the reports all had foot factor and STD pack set to 1 I set them to zero and the repeat issue went away.

the 60-70000 plans has not recurred.
