We are planning to set up EVO to work with UPS worldship. I have seen some general instructions on EVOwiki site, but I was wondering if there is someone out there who has a foolproof method. I spoke with someone at the User Symposium in Las Vegas last April, but I can't remember his name. I'm really looking for step by step since I don't know much about ODBC yet.

Hi Darla,

it could have been me in Vegas,

The best thing that I can tell you right now would be to talk to your UPS rep.

They have a group that specializes in a program called Crossware. This is the program that links worldship to EVO via OBDC

We have had it set up for years and has been mostly trouble free. We do not have it set to import the tracking number back in to EVO, it was something that I thought we would work on later, but just havent got around to it.
