While I was reconciling the bank rec. I went to save the tags but inadvertently hit the reconciliation complete instead, now I have the wrong balance. Is there a way to adjust this? I am feeling I may need to actually do some phone support with this.

Finish the reconciliation to the right balance and it will fix itself.

Lynn, disregard this, it's it's not right but I think I now how to get the balance.
