Title: SO-O-A PROBLEMS Post by EMI Ann on 02/04/15 at 08:56:21 This has been repeatable every time in our system, regardless of the workstation or login. SO-O-A does not work by the sorts Estimated Ship Date, Customer Due date, or Item #. All you get is a title page. It does work just fine by the sorts Customer, Sales Order #, Customer PO, and Order Date. We all really need to be able to run a usable report to show what has to ship when, based on date. This seems to be similar to the problem of not being able to run SO-O-User Defined reports from specific workstations, regardless of the login. (Which is what we have been using for years to get this data format.) Thanks for the help! Ann

Another problem we have in SO-A is that after you tick one check (make one choice)  the screen flutters and flutters.  It is like it is bouncing inside. We are never allowed to make a second choice so we end up going back to DBA to use SO-O-A The only fix or enhancement is below but I am not sure if it pertains to the two above problems.
