We have had issues with router notes not consistently copying. Some parts are fine, others copy over sequences and hours but notes are missing. We installed the latest patches today, and still have the issue.

ISTS Enhancement Date is 4/7/15. We can't find a pattern of when they copy and when they don't.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

What type of notes are you using?
We use CSN. We don't have that issue (we have others :P )

We're using CSN notes as well. Some of these part numbers, and related notes, were created in DBA before we converted to Evo. It may be related, but I haven't seen a pattern.

Did you run the conversion utility?

Good thought. We did it when we converted everyone over to Evo. I just ran it again for Routing notes and tried to copy an item we were having an issue with. Still no notes. I'll do some additional digging on this part which is having a repeatable issue.

Fixed! There was a patch dated 4/10/15 that I installed this morning. Works like a charm now. Thanks!
