Can someone tell me an easy way to get a top vender list for a previous year. I'm not too good at Queries.

You don't now how to use them? or how to create them?

Queries are the best !!!

SELECT BKAP_PO_VNDNME, SUM(BKAP_PO_SUBTOT) AS TP FROM BKAPHPO
WHERE BKAP_PO_ORDDTE > '2013-12-31' AND BKAP_PO_ORDDTE < '2015-01-01'
GROUP BY BKAP_PO_VNDNME ORDER BY TP DESC;

It will show all 2014 purchases, order by top to bottom (biggest vendor)
