Title: Re: sales order packing slips Post by David Waldmann on 03/22/16 at 12:08:47 Depends what version you're on. Classic or non-current-contact-manager emails are in BKARCUST_EMAIL. Current location is BKCMACCN_EMAIL. Note that in both cases there can be more than one email per customer, so ensuring you have the right one is not necessarily easy.
