Title: AP Aging showing incorrect terms
Post by gtladmin on 06/09/16 at 15:31:13

Our AP person rant a Vendor Aging (t6API1.rtm) and for Vendor A,  the terms are incorrect.  The terms show up from a different vendor (Vendor B).  The PO for the Vendor A is 15393, and the PO for vendor B is 15394.  The incorrect terms only affect the one po, 15393, for the vendor.

The AP person said this also happened last month, and she's just now mentioning it.

I checked the tables I thought might be related (BKAPHPO, BKAPINVT, BKAPINVL) and nothing in there. Any place terms are listed are correct for both vendors, and both vendor AP file records show correct terms.  It's a mystery why this is happening!

Any idea how to fix it?

Val

Bump-dee-dee-bump?  Anyone have an idea on this?

TIA

We are seeing this issue occur again with 3 different vendors. Terms are setup and correct for each vendor.
Vendors C and D:
• Vendor C's terms are really Vendor D's on the vendor aging report.
• Vendor C PO is 15528 and Vendor D PO is 15529

Vendor E and Vendor D (D is the same vendor as above):
• Vendor E's terms are really Vendor D's
• Vendor E PO is 15485 and Vendor D's PO is 15486.

Very....very....strange......

What are the terms on the POs themselves?

I will have purchasing check. I think in these cases the POs are closed. But I will double-check.

Thanks,

Val

Ok, I had purchasing bring up their original saved PDFs of the purchase orders. All POs have the correct vendor terms on them.
