Using EVO, how and where do I store e-mail accounts to be available when e-mailing an invoice?

If its AR then you can enter the email address for those contacts in AR-A. You first go into AR-A for that customer click on the contacts then enter the information as well as setting on of those contacts as the primary. Also in EVO if the system can't find a default or primary email address when sending out an email if there are not email addresses in the system you can enter a email address in the To field and the system will save it as the default address for that customer.

You can also indicate which documents a particular contact should receive - Invoice, Statement, Quote, etc.
