The report Items-BM-B, print bills of material, where is that located TGMB.RTM, or TGMB1.RTM?

There is no TGMB1.RTM I believe what you are looking for is the T6BMB1.RTM. That RTM is located in DBAMFG folder. All the RTM's are located in the root folder.
