Title: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Laura Oliver on 06/05/17 at 09:26:17 Ref: JC-M WIP Summary Even though I enter specific dates in “actual finish dates” I get results that include all the work orders within the entered work order range, I only want results for the “actual finish dates”. I think I would love this report if I could get it working correctly. It would be great to see results for only what we finished last week. This is good report that gives me all labor, material and overhead in single SWOOSH if i could get it to filter by date. This might have been fixed in an update, or maybe I am using this wrong, Thanks, Laura |

Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Kelloggs on 06/05/17 at 17:10:52 prophet, I was testing it too I tried both, I tried Status R, Status C, Status RC EVO 11/21/16 T7JCM.RWN DBA 06/30/09 BKJCM.RUN The one that works is T7JCL.RWN but to look like the JC-M we will need to edit the T6JCL1.RTM :-[ Kelloggs |
Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Lynn_Pantic on 06/06/17 at 07:47:03 Status C and Actual Finish Date range only shows WO closed within that date range. I would think that unless you are generating the report as of a prior date, specifying a range of Actual Finish Dates should limit the report to Closed WO regardless whether other status values are included. I will have programming look into it. |

Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Lynn_Pantic on 06/06/17 at 17:56:08 No, she is on an older version which doesn't have the RTM option, it is the old Text report. |
Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Laura Oliver on 06/07/17 at 06:40:52 So is it not filtering because of something I am doing wrong? or is it something that needs to fixed from the programmer's side? Thanks Laura |
Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Lynn_Pantic on 06/07/17 at 08:25:24 Are you entering Status C to restrict it to Closed WO? |

No ma'am, because all the WOs from last week may not yet be closed. But I would think it shouldn't matter if i am only putting in last week's dates. I thought that if put in last weeks dates then everything that had had finished production entered would show up, regardless of whether the work order was closed or not. Thanks, Laura |
Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Lynn_Pantic on 06/08/17 at 08:35:30 Actual Finish Date means the date the work order closed, not the date any finished production was performed. |
Title: Re: JC-M WIP Sum ....not filtering actual finish Post by Laura Oliver on 06/08/17 at 12:15:12 Thanks. However I am still getting WOs that were closed well before the date range entered. Also, if means the date the work order is closed why is Status C an option? Laura |
