I am looking to export our 2017 Trial Balance to CSV format so I can use it for our corporate tax return; however, the export data function seems to be extremely tedious and I am not even sure how I would go about, or if I can, getting this information exported. Has anybody else had to export their financial information for this purpose and can it be done?

If your using EVO when you go to print the trial balance choose file then in the type field drop down choose excel then choose where to save it.

You have Evo-ERP, you should be using it to take advantage of the additional features such as report to Excel.

Thank you, Lynn. Yes, we have Evo; however, the export to Excel is not exactly clean and requires a lot of clean-up to get to a "pure" CSV file we can use.

Modify the RTM to the format you want and Save As a different name and use that RTM when you want to go to Excel.
