Hi There,

We are a long time DBA installation located in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Our Plant Manager is retiring and we are looking to hire an experienced Operations/Plant Manager for our ag manufacturing business. This person must be experienced/proficient with MRP systems, experienced running a metal fabrication facility and have proven leadership experience. Overall responsibility for production, quality, budget management and inventory functions for this location. Must have great people skills. Interaction with employees, vendors, dealers and end users is a must. We are a progressive organization offering very competitive wages, full benefits and 401k program.
