Hello all.

I am trying to use SO-P-A to create a new quote for an existing customer. There is a list of "contacts" that come up but not a complete list of customers. I tried to enter the Customer ID and it wants to create a new *contact*. That info is present, but since this is a new conversion from an OLD DBA, maybe there is something else that has to be done?

Any ideas would be appreciated! Cannot do business if we cannot quote....

There is a default setting that controls whether quotes use the customer or contact manager file. You need to change it.
