Hi. I am having trouble in SA-N getting the report to sort by ship to address or ship to state. Any ideas as to how to get a listing of the different states we shipped to in a particular year?? :'(

I am able to do it by using SA-N sorting by User Defined - then select ship state as the sort field in the user defied tab.

That didn't work on mine. Lynn sent me a form file to save that made it work. Thanks for the reply. ;D
