I'm trying to export the BKARCUST file but it isn't including all of the customers in the file. It is stopping about halfway (names starting with J). There is no error message so I'm at a loss. I tested the BKCMCUST and it appears to get everything as does the MTICMSTR.

Any ideas as to what might cause this or how to get it to run all the records?

I would need to see the query you are using to export the list. If you exporting the entire customer list then you really shouldn't have any filters on it. Nevertheless provide the query and I can help you.
