I am trying to clean up the aging report. The last person in my position did not know anything about accounting and made a ton of mistakes, which I have corrected. My problem is....My customers have $0 balances, but they are still showing up on the aging report. Between the "deposits on account" and "Reversals" I can't figure out how to clean it up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If they are available in AR-C you can pick the opposing entries and post $0 checks.
